The main objective of this specialized structure in HSE continuous training is to improve the employability of senegalese staff and to support the growth of local and international companies.

The first phase of development, in partnership with IOTA TECHMA, focuses on Senegal, and responds to the development potential represented by the latest discoveries of oil and gas.

Senegal aims to become a strategic and dynamic destination for all activities related to the energy sector.

Our challenge is to prepare the workforce to meet the high standards in these new sectors and to ensure the inclusion of senegalese in this new emerging market.

Currently based in Dakar, we have suitable premises and meet current health standards, to provide the following training :

• First aid (first aid measures and cardiac massage),
• First intervention crew (use of an extinguisher),
• Defensive driving,
• Awareness of gestures and postures,
• Awareness of work at height Training related to the implementation of QHSE system (ISO 9001/2015, 14001 and 45001),
• NEBOSH (Occupational health and safety),
• BOSIET STCW

We can also offer you solutions to any specific requests.
We have the ability to support you in the area of ​​setting up an ISO system, or in carrying out your QHSE audits.
The construction of a training center, on an area of ​​12,000 m², located in DIASS 5 minutes from AIBD airport, is our objective, in order to be able to provide training, respecting international accreditations such as: instruction of a training center which will cover 8000m² and will be located in the Diass area. This center will provide certified training as :

• OPITO (security, offshore Oil & Gas),
• STCW (security, fire, maritime),
• NEBOSH (health, safety and environment management),
• DAN (Occupational First Aid)

We will thus be able to complete our catalog with the following training courses:

• BOSIET, HUET, FOET OPITO,
• BST STCW 2010,
• Fitter, Dismantler, Scaffolding Inspector,
